The business scope takes into consideration, international, national and local concerns for sustainable development through the application of information technology in local economic development.  It considers modern challenges within African localities plagued with violent conflicts. Besides the COVID-19 pandemic that endangers lives via inter-human physical contacts, NECCAPI, through this e-store hopes to further address the question of insecurities that buyers and sellers encounter in journeying to purchase or sell goods. 

"It is not done without being done", through over 4 years of critical research and trial periods, we realised that the economic potentials in young African entrepreneurs is huge but often wasted because of lack of ready and qualitative markets. Such has been severely killing the creative and innovative spirit in our future socioeconomic leaders.

Poor African localities will continue to regress in potentials if nothing is done to re-ignite the entrepreneurial spirits of our youths. NECCAPI, therefore, is engaging in the light to duplicate our local business points into online geo-location and i-mapping centres, and provide a ready global market for all locally made products transmitting from or lodged within the heart of concerned localities.
